We currently only ship to the United Kingdom & the Channel Islands.

Our shipping is 3-5 working days. However please note during busy periods this can be 7-10 days.

Please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your product.

You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods after emailing us about your return. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund past this time frame. Please ensure returns are repacked securely before returning as items broken in transit on return will not be accepted. 

​We currently do not offer free return labels, you will need to pay postage for your return which is non refundable.
